I thought first I should post this on social distancing, but then paused- no wait, this definitely is a fashion statement! I saw this woman at a grocery store (well, we don't go anywhere else do we?) who had a leopard's face printed on her mask. It was very cool and I could not stop staring. She looked at me, so I decided she was smiling from under her mask and from a safe distance complimented her on how creative she was. She laughed and said she was actually a librarian and was quite serious by nature. She joked she was 'tailor-made' for her job and proceeded to tell me she saw this mask wearing as a way to give vent to her inner creativity! The result was amazing...especially in contrast to my own cotton scarf tied around my face several times (causing breathing difficulty among other inconveniences)!
I decided to do something funky too and this is my weekend plan.
Meanwhile I was poking on the net for some ideas and CNN had something interesting. I am of course nowhere near this skilled to make any of these, but loved it so much seeing all these people using their creative minds - not everyting is 'fashionable'
but still... see link here, hope you get some ideas too...(although the plastic water gallon bottles and plastic bags are a bit scary!)
And if any QV Woman is actually doing something funky with their masks, I urge you all to please post it here....be a great thing to see... or post it on QV Woman's FB page and tag your friends too....maybe QVW Desk should take note of this and do something about this...it is a trending thing....

Here's one a colleague shared. From Harajaku district in Tokyo, Japan, from his travels there a while ago.
How's that for style!
