Many times, music is like a bookmark in time for me- I'll hear a song I used to frequently listen to and will instantly be able to recall a memory from that time.

My all time favourite song is ‘Chiquitita’ from Abba....that song was retold by my friend to
me when I need that the most...it still sits fondly in my heart....
I love 'somewhere over the rainbow' from the movie Wizard of Oz!! there is something hope-led about it.. and when Leona Lewis sang this in the finals (I think) of X-Factor UK, it was simply the best rendition... here is a link if anyone cares....
I like the song Ke Sara Sara from the movie The man who knew too much.Even now I hum it. I heard and learnt it when I was very young and it has stayed in me to this day.
@vidya veeresh , I knew you would pick this one!! It is such a wonderful thing to have you as a BFF...
I like Fix You by Cold Play- the only ColdPlay song I like to date. Takes me back to the wet days of England...I'd listen to this mix play list as I waited for the bus for morning class...
I also like Find You by Zedd. It has wonderful tones and the instrument combos are all brilliant. This is a staple on my walk/running music so whenever I hear it, reminds me to go walking!! Ditto w Wake me Up by Avicii !!
This is actually a tough one! I love Annies Song by John Denver! Cheesy I know, and I first heard it in a movie called 'The Wedding Planner' (more cheesy I know!!) and I downloaded it to hear the whole song... this was in college and, it doesn't bring out any particular memory but whenever I hear that song it takes me back to my hostel room!
so @Prerana V. , what are some songs you favor? You don't have to share what it reminds you of, just tell us some of those songs...
