With at-home fitness really taking off big time, we thought it was time to give it some more thought. In true QV Woman style, we’ve been reading up and making notes.

A simple attempt has been made in this article to give an overall view along with some interesting facts, taken from various sources .

PURDUE UNIVERSITY

This was a surprise! Purdue is a university in the USA and popular for engineering programs. However, their fitness department has a page on health and fitness blogs and websites. Take a look. (And many of these pages contain links within!)

ME TIME AWAY MAGAZINE

This article covers trends for 2020. Of course, these were all pre-Covid 19 yet some of them makes more sense now (for ex: A para on return to Source and Simplicity!).

FOR YOGA ENTHUSIASTS AND TEACHERS

Before you dismiss this as not from your country, remember the times we are living now! And these are all online, so really, as long as you like the instructions and understand the language, geography should not bother you.

 

(QVW PRO-TIP. These are also nice places for you to pick up tips and ways to brand yourself and your practice if you are a teacher!)

Online yoga classes: very well fit is a respected website so we think their suggestions are acceptable. You decide.

Top sites for practicing online: Finder.com is again, a well respected site in Australia, so we'll take their word for it.
